In order to encourage the development of their self-esteem and their relational skills, and to give them opportunity to discover new interests, the youth can participate together in sports, cooking, artistic projects and cultural outings.

These activities follow the required homework period.

Winter Program: 5-6 pm

Tuesday: Career Discovery

Every week, young professionals are invited to come and share about their career path: how they prepared for their present job, what they do and why they love it!

Wednesday: Free choice among several options:

Sports: soccer, hockey cosom, basketball ou badminton.

“Do-it-yourself”: After doing a quick research on sites such as “Pinterest” we do a creative project together. The possibilities are endless – almost! Decorations, organizing a corner of your bedroom, repairing a piece of furniture, making gifts for friends, recycling in creative ways.

Thursday: Cooking workshop 5-6:30 pm

Every Thursday, we cook and eat together. This is an opportunity to try new recipes and foods, to improve our skills in the kitchen and to share a meal with others over good conversation.
